The waist sizes for S through XL are elasticized all around. Size 2T are Pull up pants with rear elastic. Actual measurement varies + or - 1/4 inch on waist, outseam and chest and varies + or - 1/4 inch on shoulder and sleeve.
The outseam is measured from waist to ankle. The shoulder is measured from shoulder to shoulder straight across the back. The chest is measured one inch below the under arm. The sleeve is measures from the shoulder to the wrist.
